How to enable APM to UIM alert integration? – an example

Environment

Valid for any APM 10.7 and onward release.

Resolution

 

To enable the integration you need  to deploy the "webservices_rest" probe on the UIM server where "wasp" process is running

"wasp" port  can be any and is defined during UIM installation

 

IMPORTANT: 

The "Test Now!" button doesn't generate any alert in UIM, however in the EM log you will see this message indicating that the test alert has been created
