This article states how to prevent Users from accessing the Thread Term/Dynam DSNZPARM option.

Resolution

Users can be prevented from executing the options on the "Thread Terminator Main Menu" by denying them PLAN access to all of the Thread Terminator plans in your <High.Level>.CDBAPARM PLANSxx member. Afterwards, they will receive a "TT005E: User not authorized for plan PTTPLN02" message when selecting TT from the main menu.
