Resolution
You can determine the version of jQuery provided with Service Desk Manager in a couple of ways:
1. Look in the NX_ROOT\bopcfg\www\wwwroot\scripts\jquery directory on the SDM server
2. Use Web Browser Developer Tools when accessing the SDM UI (see below screenshot)
