Issue/Introduction
Scheduler may experience a S878 abend in the address spaces when JOBS are submitted to the JES2 internal reader (INTRDR). The problem occurs with Top Secret 16.0 after IBM APARs OA53954 / OA55315 / OA53955 are applied.
Environment
Top Secret 16.0
Cause
The problem will most to likely manifest itself in the Scheduler address space during submission of many JOBS to the JES2 INTRDR. All available storage below the line in subpool 229 is exhausted and task failures occur.
Resolution
Apply the following fixes to Top Secret 16.0.
SO05724 - IPL is required
