Clarity PPM: Gantt Chart Indent Not Working

Issue/Introduction

While reviewing the Gantt Chart, the error message appeared:

PRJ-07200: One or more tasks could not be outdented or indented.

Instead of showing the Gantt Chart below, the chart does not render.

Cause

The Gantt Chart became corrupted.

Resolution

The Gantt Chart can become corrupted and not display the levels properly. Reset the view by going to the Project > Task > Gantt > Configure > General > Click Restore Defaults
