After applying PTF SO08333, when users log into CA View the receive a screen noting use of an Invalid Password.
However, no password is actually required to logon.
What could be the problem?

The client was using SARUSAUX exit source from View 2.0, whereas the exit source changed starting with View 11.0.
The client used the exit source for 12.2, and logging in worked as expected.
