1. Set the ProxyServices application pool in IIS to 4.0 if it is using 2.0.
2. Check the IIS Bindings for the Default Website and make sure it is set to "All Unassigned" instead of an IP address.
3. Run an IISRESET
4. Restart the Netqos ReporterAnlyzer Watchdog service and check the Admin->System Status page to see if you are getting the proper System Status messages after several minutes.
5. If there is still an issue check the latest Watchdog log for any new errors.
