Issue/Introduction

Is there an SQL Script to Create a Report about annotations from the Auditing Information in the OM Web Viewer 12.1 Database?

Environment

Output Management Web Viewer 12.1

Resolution

We do not have any report writing utilities. The information about the annotations can be configured to written to the audit log (.csv file) and the audit log is also written into the database. The log file is a comma-separated value file (CSV). This log file can be found in the "web" directory of your current Web Viewer deployment. 

The current annotation actions in OM Web Viewer that are auditable are Annotation [for View® only] 
This section includes: 

• Annotation - Add, change description, or delete 
• Note - Add, Change note access type (public/private), delete
