Remove unwanted workflow request from users worklist.

Issue/Introduction

One of three workflow requests were approved with the other two still pending within the worklist. 

However, when we try and click on the other two requests and select the reject button it times out.

What is the recommended procedure to remove these unwanted worklist items.

Environment

Release : 14.2, 14.3, 14.4

Component : IdentityMinder(Identity Manager)

Resolution

Here are the step to remove worklist items: 

1) Open the worklist item and take note of the workflow process name and the Job ID (examaple 123:WPDS) .Another way is to going to VST and then look into the "Last Activity" Column.  You will see something  like WPDS:xxxx where the xxxx is JobID     number on approval tasks.  Take a note on JobID

2) Next open "CA-IM Workpoint Designer". 

3) In the designer select Open Job. You will be presented with a list of workflow processes.

4) Select the workflow process name.

5) Select the corresponding Job ID.

6) Click the cancel or delete in the left had menu.

7) Verify the worklist item is removed from the user.
