Issue/Introduction

We are on Windows environment for Broker & Agents and Linux & Solaris for some of the agents. 

Is Broker, Server and Agent of any of those requires Oracle Java? 

Environment

Release : 13.0 and above

Component : CA Harvest Software Change Manager

Resolution

When you install SCM Client or SCM Workbench Only client you will see a %CA_SCM_HOME%\jre folder.  SCM will need this folder in place in order for SCM Workbench and SCM Administrator Tool to work correctly.  If you're installing the SCM Broker or SCM Agent, you will not see the jre included in the installation.
