Resolution

You can run report DSCULP18 in DSEXCULP.

The Listing of User IDs and the Recipients They Can Access shows all recipient IDs associated with a User ID (the IDs that this user has access to). These recipients were added for the user on the Sysgen User Recipient Screen (VSGMU235).
