Maximum length of Endevor User Symbolics in a processor

Issue/Introduction

Cannot find the max length of User Symbolics (including &). Thought the max was 8 but Endevor Symbolics are larger (e.g. &C1AHHMMSS )

What are the maximum characters allowed for User Symbolics.

All supported Releases 

Resolution

User Symbolics are limited to 9 (including &) characters in length. If a symbolic exceeds this limitation, error C1X0218E is produced during processor generation.

Endevor Symbolics (&C1xxx) and Site Symbolics (&#symbolname) do not follow this restriction.
