DBDL DEACT gets ASRA/AKEA abend

Issue/Introduction
CICS transaction DBDL DEACT to deactivate Datacom DLI Transparency fails with abend ASRA/AKEA S0C7.
Environment

Datacom DLI Transparency Release 2.3
Datacom CICS Services Version 12.0
Cause
Missing Datacom DLI 2.3 PTF SO10178..
Resolution
MSHP APPLY SO10178 .
Additional Information
After closing all URTS in the CICS , disconnect the CICS from the Datacom Multi-User facility by running DBEC P,DISCONNECT,MUF(?) .
If not, DBDL DEACT fails with DL30010E - ONE OR MORE URTS OPEN - DEACTIVATION UNSUCCESSFUL.
