Issue/Introduction

CICS transaction DBDL DEACT to deactivate DLI Transparency  fails with abend ASRA/AKEA S0C7.

Environment

CA Datacom DLI Transparency Release 2.3 

CA Datacom CICS Services Version 12.0  

Cause

Missing CA Datacom DLI 2.3 PTF SO10178. 

Resolution

MSHP APPLY SO10178 which can be found here

 

Additional Information

As mentioned in QI81564 , after closing all URTS in the CICS you need to disconnect the CICS from the CA Datacom Multi-User facility by running DBEC P,DISCONNECT,MUF(?) .

If not, DBDL DEACT fails with DL30010E - ONE OR MORE URTS OPEN - DEACTIVATION UNSUCCESSFUL.
