Trying to search a device under locator tab, but here it is not reflecting any landscape to select, as we are not getting the "Select Landscape to search" window.

Why the device search in locator tab is not giving an option to select the specific landscape?

After this, whenever you are performing the device search in locator tab, the "Select Landscape to search" window will pop-up.
