Abend S0C1 or U0001 in Module BSTPMOPS, CSECT BSTPMPGM after upgrading or applying maintenance

Issue/Introduction

After applying maintenance. Endevor abends during initialization: 

Module BSTPMOPS, CSECT BSTPMPGM, offset X'1910': Abend S0C1 (Operation Exception)

Component : CA Endevor Software Change Manager

Resolution

This can indicate a mixed release situation. Confirm the  authorized library (AUTHLIB) and CONLIB are both from same release and maintenance level.  

Additional Information

If unable to identify source of contamination, collect IPCS dump and open case with support.
