Issue/Introduction

Receiving following error when trying to bring up XCOM

PRG=xcomd PID=#####
XCOMU0465E Check of xcom.glb pathnames failed.

PRG=xcomd PID=#####
XCOMU0466E Unable to create an index file for queue.

Environment

XCOM™ Data Transport® for Linux PC

Cause

Permissions  for xcomadm on folders were not sufficient and caused write access error.

Resolution

1. Check all permissions on folders
2. Make sure xcomadm has access to the Q directory
3. Restart xcomd.
