DUAS6: Processing Date incorrect following DST during Ramadan

Issue/Introduction

The processing date for Scheduled tasks is calculated as DAY-1 since the May 5th 2019( right after Morocco's Ramadan).

Environment

Release : 6.x

Component : DOLLAR UNIVERSE

Cause

Issue due to a wrong calculation of the Processing Date for specific timezones.

Resolution

Workaround:

Add an Offset +1 Day in ALL the scheduled tasks.

Solution:

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
