How to add User Tags to Spectrum Alarms in UIM

Issue/Introduction

• We are using spectrum Gateway probe to send Spectrum alarms to UIM
• We want to add user_tag1/2 to those alarms. How can we do that?
• Auto-operator rule in nas probe does not work on Spectrum alarms

Environment

• Spectrum version 10.3.2
• UIM 8.51 SP1
• nas 9.0 HF4
• spectrum gateway probe 8.66
• ems 10.17
• trellis 8.6.6

Resolution

Please take a look at the following community thread. It is manually configurable via action rule in ems probe.
