The format of the CA Enterprise Tester utility is:

       x CODE=(ACODE001,ACODE002),
       x CUST='Company XYZ, Inc.',
       x SITE=                    

 Code                                                                         
 One or more authorization codes supplied by your CA Enterprise Tester marketing or support representative and must be coded exactly as provided. If more than one authorization code, list the codes, enclosed in parenthesis, and separated by commas, following the CODE keyword.   

                              
 CUST                                                                         
 The licensed customer id provided by your CA Enterprise Tester marketing or support representative and must be coded, enclosed in single quotes, exactly as provided, except that any alphabetic characters may optionally be coded using dual case characters and any special symbols used to punctuate the customer ID are optional.       

                                                    
 SITE                                                                         
 The licensed site id provided by your CA Enterprise Tester marketing or support representative if you have a site license. If provided, a site id must be
