Vapp deployment failure in production

Issue/Introduction

When trying to deploy Vapp , the connector server fails with the following error:

The following errors were encountered during the deployment process:

[ERROR] 10 Failed running services O/S configuration scripts on x.x.x.x (error code: 10):

[ERROR] The Connector Server failed to start (error #10)

[INFO] Starting the Connector Server (timeout=60 seconds)

[INFO] Waiting for the Connector Server to accept connections on port xxxx (timeout: 120 seconds)

Component : CA IDENTITY SUITE (VIRTUAL APPLIANCE)

Resolution

Do an initial deployment and exclude the Connector Server. Once done, install the Connector Server.
