User is able to login to Identity portal with any password when Identity Portal is not protected by SSO

Issue/Introduction

User can login to Identity portal with any password when using IDM and Identity Portal if Identity Portal is not protected by SSO.

Resolution

In the IDM management console validate that the property "Admin password required" is checked.

Navigate to Environments --> Your Env --> Advanced Settings --> Web Services
