Issue/Introduction
Small background of this issue , TDOD service stopped automatically yesterday.
Prior to yesterday, Service was running fine and was able to connect to Service layer from Datamaker and ARD.
Below is the message I receive when I try to start TDOD Service:

Error Message:
The CA TDOD Service service on Local Computer started and then Stopped.
Some Services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs.

Cause
SQL Server could not be reached.
Resolution
Had to update the Data source name from Fully qualified name to Server name , Port number.
