Issue/Introduction

After moving an element executing a move processor that includes utility BC1PMVCL, then input components are now missing from the component list.

According to the documentation, the input components are retained in the list, while output components are replaced.  In the MOVE, only one of the 2 output components were replaced, and the input component was not retained.  Also, the BC1PMVCL step does not have to be the last step in the processor, but it can't be followed by any steps that monitor output components.

Environment

Release : 18.0

Component : CA Endevor Software Change Manager

Resolution

Do not monitor input libraries in move processor. By using the MONITOR=COMPONENTS in a move processor, the component list for the element being moved is "replaced" with the new move event data. The component data created when the element was originally generated is no longer the "current" component list and is therefore not moved by BC1PMVCL step, the new move event data is copied. By removing the parm MONITOR=COMPONENTS from the Move processor, the original component list will remain intact.
