CA Service Catalog audit trail

Issue/Introduction
We would like to know what kind of audit features the CA Service Catalog has.
Environment
CA SERVICE CATALOG 14.1 or 17.x
Resolution
CA Service Catalog provides limited audit on the usage activities. It mainly audits the value and status changes in usm_subscription_details table for the requests. Please refer to "Audit Trail level" for details
You can change the audit trail level follow
1 ) Login to CA Service Catalog using Service Delivery Administrator role
2 ) Go to Administration tab -> Configuration -> Event Manager -> Audit Trail level
3 ) Edit the option and select one of the option provided from the drop down box.
4 ) Click update configuration to save the changes
5 ) Restart the catalog service to have the change take effect
However, Service Catalog does not have auditing on the design and administration activities such as service offering, options and forms modification. If you strongly believe this would be a valuable addon for Service Catalog app, please submit an enhancement request/idea from
