Issue/Introduction

When using OLQ, we receive this message:

DC203005 Program-ID IDBCAT Transaction-ID 1234 has been Rolled Out!

Just getting into OLQ then QUITing will generate the message. It does not seem to affect how OLQ works.

Resolution

Need to define the USER CORP as well as the USER definition for the USER who is executing OLQ in the dictionary being used.
