Data Masking Error from TDM Portal - Failed to get environments for the current project

Issue/Introduction

Need to create a new model for data masking. 
When I create the new model I get this error:

Failed to get environments for the current project
500: Server encountered an error processing the request. See server logs for more details

• From TDM Portal choose Data Masking.
• Choose GET STARTED.
• Choose CREATE DATA MODEL.
• Choose GET STARTED.
• From option 1. Select Environment get error.

Environment

TDM 
Test Data Manager
Docker for windows (latest available),
Oracle XE 11.2.0.2 

 

Cause

Issue with OrientDB, it was out of sync with the Repository.
The firewall prevented Docker from being configured to support shared drives.  

 

Resolution

1. Opened firewall so Docker could connect to share drives. 
2. Configured a persistent file store for the Orient database to prevent it from getting out of sync with the Repository.
