Modeling (Environments) Error from TDM Portal - Could not perform the action because of an internal server problem

Issue/Introduction

Need to create a new Environment.  When I create the new Environment I get this error:

Could not perform the action because of an internal server problem. Refer to he logs for more information.
The server replied: Server encountered an error processing the request. See server logs for more details

Environment

TDM  Portal
Test data manager
Docker for windows (latest available)
Oracle XE 11.2.0.2 

 

Cause

An issue with OrientDB, it was out of sync with the Repository.

The firewall prevented Docker from being configured to support shared drives.  

Resolution

1. Opened firewall so Docker could connect to share drives. 
2. Configured a persistent file store for the Orient database to prevent it from getting out of sync with the Repository.
