Issue/Introduction

 

Since you've changed the WEB site (BROADCOM), I can't find my LMPCODE file.   Where can I find it?

 

Environment

Mainframe customers using the new support portal 

Cause

The layout of the new support site has changed the steps to find the LMP codes keys for a specific site id.

Resolution

This is the procedure to follow and display the LMP information:

• Access and login to the Support Website
• From the HOMEPAGE 
  
• Click on the dropdown "hamburger"  to the right of the word HOME
• The last category is 'Licensing'.
• Click on that and the next display is a link for the LMP codes for your site
