Issue/Introduction

Error CAHFSPT013E is displayed in the CA DRAS task .  It is not in the documentation.  What does this mean and how to resolve it?

Cause

No known.

Resolution

To allow us to trouble shoot this message:

• Please turn message suppression off for DRAS 
• Reproduce the problem
• Contact Broadcom Support and send in the output of the DRAS task.  

You can turn off message suppression dynamically with this console command:

/f cadras,set message supp(off)

Or the DRAS Message suppression can be changed in the configuration file specified by the DRASCFG DD in the DRAS JCL, where it will remain in effect until changed.

SET MESSAGE SUPP(OFF)

NOTE: if message suppression is not off, we will not be able to troubleshoot this problem.
