Set a default for the "On-line reports only" box with OM Web Viewer 12.1

Issue/Introduction

With OM Web Viewer 12.1, each user has to select under the Configuration tab, Repository filter tab and then on the Report Criteria tab the option to either display or not display reports by checking or unchecking the On-Line reports only box.  The feature to set a default for the ‘On-line reports only’ box to be unchecked was available in release 11.5.

Is there a way to set a default for the ‘On-line reports only’ box with Web Viewer 12.1?

Resolution

This has been published as Cumulative Build 239 with other fixes.

This new feature introduces administration control of the "On-line reports" filter setting. The OM Web Viewer administrator may now set the initial state for this setting and optionally disable the end-user's ability to change it.

Under Administration > Repository properties for each repository, select Properties > Filters

See new section  "Off-line Report filter settings" for the new settings.
