Download the Digicert CA Certificate

The Digicert Certificate Authority (CA) certificate is used for CA SMP/E Internet Service Retrieval.
Follow these steps:

1. Go to the following website to download the Digicert CA certificate:

   https://casupport.broadcom.com/cadocs/0/certs/eapi/digi-intermediate.crt

2. Note the location of the file on your workstation where the certificate was downloaded

Using Firefox as Internet browser

Cause

    Possible incompatibility with Firefox  

Resolution

• Try a different browser other than Firefox
• Internet Explorer was able acquire the DIGICERT certificate successfully
