Download the Digicert CA Certificate

 

The Digicert Certificate Authority (CA) certificate is used for CA SMP/E Internet Service Retrieval.
Follow these steps:

1. Go to the following website to download the Digicert CA certificate

2. Note the location of the file on your workstation where the certificate was downloaded

Clicking on the link above, resulted in the following

• Try a different browser other than Firefox
• Internet Explorer was able acquire the DIGICERT certificate successfully
