Why won't the Telon Test Facility work?

Issue/Introduction

Using the Telon Test Facility, the Test Facility ends with an Abend.

To reproduce this problem, compile a Telon-generated TSO program with       

Enterprise COBOL 3.3.1 or above.  Attempt to execute the program in the Telon Test   

Facility.  An abend occurs at program initiation; even if you specify Y for 

STOP AT PROGRAM INIT (which stops in Q-100), that point is never reached.   

Environment

Telon 5.1, with Enterprise COBOL, and trying to run the Telon Test Facility.

Resolution

The Test Facility is stabilized, and there will not be any additions to the Test facility to make it compatible 

with Enterprise PL/1/ or Enterprise COBOL.          

The workaround is not to attempt to debug programs compiled with Enterprise 

COBOL 3.3.1 and above, with the Telon TSO Test Facility.
