DUAS6: uxioserv crash or freeze upon execution of Alerting Rules

Issue/Introduction

uxioserv process crashes or freezes since upgrade to 6.9.41 or superior.

It occurs randomly but only in case several Alerting Rules are configured to detect Long Running Jobs and Long Event Wait Jobs triggering a supervision script and are executed at the same time.

Environment

Release : 6.9.41 / 6.9.61 and 6.10.01

Component : DOLLAR UNIVERSE

Cause

The issue is due to a correction added in version 6.9.41 of Dollar Universe and reported to superior versions (6.9.61 / 6.10.01)

Resolution

Workaround: downgrade to version 6.9.21 or inferior or disable Alerting Rules detecting Long Duration or Long Event Wait Jobs.

Solution:

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
