Yes, The same Telon Design Facility VSAM files can be used for a Telon

migration from Telon 4.x to Telon 5.1.

r2 on, CA Telon Application Generator

 is upward-compatible but not downward-compatible. After a TDF database has been used for a new release (for example, 5.1), 

do not

access it with an older release (for example, 2.4) load library. This will cause unpredictable results.
