The Dump output shows 102 bytes because this is a limitation of the OSA device.
There are some options on the VARY TCPIP,,OSAENTA command used to start the trace that control the amount of data (FULL, ABBREV).
I recommend using a TCP trace for the endpoints involved to capture more than the OSA tracing provides.
