Formatting exported .CSV files with OM Web Viewer 12.1

Issue/Introduction

When we use EXPORT on a report from DISPATCH to a .CSV file, we are offered options to define columns, and save the definitions as rules.  However, it always considers the header of the report (title, page numbers, etc), as data, and fits them into whatever columns the rules fit them into. 

How to leave the title lines as they are?
