for example:

The product CA Easytrieve Report Generator Plus - MVS at release 11.6 is not available for the following site ID: <nnnnnn>
...

Resolution

run 'Update Complete Product List' from the "Products" tab to refresh relations between your site IDs and the product list, please:

Then rerun the task.
For example, in order to upgrade CA Easytrieve by clicking "Upgrade CA RS Level".
