Visual DBA setup files are missing from the download website

Issue/Introduction

In the documentation for downloading Visual/DBA r18.1 , it says to download the product from CA IDMS/DB for Z/OS plus MVS.

 The setup files for Visual DBA  resulting from the download are missing.
