Some of the HOLDDATA for Products have a requirement to restart the started task with S prod,,,REINIT.
For example: S TASA,,,REINIT (for Cleanup) or S TSS,,,REINIT (for Top Secret)

Can an IPL be used to implement a fix instead of S prod,,,REINIT?

The command 'S prod,,,REINIT'. to implement the fix is for 24/7 shops.
An IPL with CLPA will make any fix that involves a restart to be implemented correctly.
