TSS REPLACE PASSWORD not getting CPFed with PASSWORD ONLY CPF

Issue/Introduction

TSS REPLACE PASSWORD administrative commands not getting CPFed when CPF is configured to propagate password only.

Only user password changes from signon screens get CPFed but not TSS administrative password changes.

Environment

Release : 16.0

Component : CA Top Secret for z/OS

Resolution

Currently there is no functionality in CA Top Secret that will allow TSS REPLACE PASSWORD commands to get CPFed with CPF Password Only. 

 

This is functioning as designed. TSS admin changes are not supposed to get CPFed with CPF PASSWORD ONLY.

 

There currently is not any development plans for this feature.
