What commands to use for exclusion of loadlibs?

Trying exclude loadlibs manually rather than use the standard PMO exclusion tables. How can we do this? Maybe using automated commands?

YO can use the following command:

F PMO,EXCLPRVT=loadlib

This commnad can be issued maually or with any automated ops product
