Issue/Introduction
Currently receiving messages from local system (LPAR) only. RCSINIT parm SYSPLEX is set to YES.
Woulod like to get messages from all systems.

Resolution
To acquire information from other system logs you should define at least one console with MSCOPE=*ALL on the receiving system
