Release : 15.1
Component : CA DATACOM CICS SERVICES
First, the case of this RSET IMMEDIATE command.message is fairly straightforward: It is our standard response when we can't get to a MUF for some reason to "disconnect immediate" from it and subsequently as the workload is coming in, "try" to re-establish the connection. This was successful as seen in the DC00185I MUF DBSIDPR NOW CONNECTED message
Therefore, our response was to the dropped connection, and for the cause of this, either the CICS system support team or the VTAM/network team will need to determine if there was a momentary communication issue that needs to be addressed.
