How to synchronize custom configurations across all vApp nodes

Issue/Introduction

I have customized vApp by modifying files under /opt/CA/VirtualAppliance/custom/IdentityManager or /opt/CA/VirtualAppliance/custom/IdentityPortal or /opt/CA/VirtualAppliance/custom/IdentityGovernance directory. For example, I have modified /opt/CA/VirtualAppliance/custom/IdentityManager/email.properties file to configure my SMTP server. I understand that I need to replicate this configuration on other vApp nodes. Instead of modifying or copying the file manually to the other nodes, do we have a better way to synchronize?

Component : CA IDENTITY SUITE (VIRTUAL APPLIANCE)

Resolution

Yes, you can run the following alias/command

     sync_vapp_custom_content

This command will synchronize custom contents into the other vApp nodes.
