Following a maintenance push a couple weeks ago, users are reporting that they are unable to connect to Endevor from Compuware Topaz. Found following error message in the Endevor web services joblog:
Release : 18.0
This message means that the Endevor Webservice is not compatible with Backend (Mainframe Endevor), this error message comes from 64 bit Java support PTF (using new encryption algorithm).
Solution:
Apply Endevor maintenance to Backend, update Endevor STC libraries (reinstall Web Services), make sure Endevor Web Services is in sync with Mainframe Endevor.
