Issue/Introduction

When starting proc AL2QXVFB it abends with CC 3840

Get the following output:

Component : CA-7

Resolution

Needed to make sure that the correct userid is assigned to the started task. Inadvertently assigned a different user to the started task can cause this type of abend error.
