When monitoring API Gateway through "Experience Cards",
- When "Routing Failures" occurs, "Problems" count is increased.
- When "Policy Violations" occurs, "Anomalies" count is increased.
Is this by design ?

Routing failures are recorded as Errors, with Error Snapshots and incrementing Errors per Interval. They will count as Problems
Policy Violations are not Errors, but normal outcomes from processing the policy definitions (Services). They will count as Anomalies
