401 error code for one project for an handful of the users

Issue/Introduction

When accessing one particular project users are are getting the error code 401 unauthorized.

Environment

Release : 15.5

Component : CA PPM SAAS PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Resolution

Someone defaulted this project to Chargebacks tab but users who attempted to open it don't have access to it.

To correct it Administrator opened project properties, then went to Manage Project Tabs and set default to Properties tab.
