What Brightideas sites are supported by Rally Support?

Resolution

Rally support only supports the integration between Rally and Brightideas.

Customers can create their own integration with Brightideas.  Those urls are normally setup as https://<Company>@brightideas.com and are not support by Rally support.

 

In those instances customers will need to reach out to BrightIdeas support directly at
